Gateway Park is a 1,200 acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Pena Boulevard near Denver International Airport (DIA). Virtually, all traffic to and from the airport passes through this interchange. Gateway includes three full interchanges off Interstate 70, a Park and Ride Transit Station and will one day have an Air Train stop, one of the only two between DIA and downtown.
