Glenborough, along with its partner, the Pauls Corporation, is constructing a new 44,000 square foot building, Gateway Office Seven. In addition, the partners have designed and are pre-leasing a new 257,000 square feet retail development, Town Center at Gateway Park, next to Wal-Mart and Home Depot. Phase one will consist of 107,700 square feet leased to Office Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Petco and 11,000 square feet of spec space.
