San Mateo, CA, June 30, 2008: Glenborough, LLC, a San Mateo, CA real estate investment and management company specializing in office properties, is pleased to announce two recent appointments in the company’s property management ranks.
Mr. Travis Gorzeman has taken on the duties of Property Manager at the company’s 610 West Ash property. According to Glenborough Regional Vice President Eddie Edmiston, “Travis has been preparing for this since joining the company in 2005, holding Assistant Property Manager posts at one point or another for every one of Glenborough’s San Diego area properties. He’s definitely proven that he’s ready to take the reins of his own property and we look forward to supporting his success.”
Mr. Gorzeman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from New Mexico State University and enjoys the Southern California lifestyle by “living at the beach and surfing whenever possible.” He assumed his position after overseeing a smooth transition from his recent assignment managing The Aventine and Tierrasanta Research Park.
Taking the reins at those properties is Ms. Krista Vega. Ms. Vega has more than 10 years of property management experience with several well-respected commercial developers in the southern California marketplace including Trizec Properties, Arden Realty and most recently, The Irvine Company where she managed Symphony Towers and Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown San Diego.
“We considered many worthy candidates, but Krista really stood out,” says Edmiston. “Her wide range of experience was a strength, and her recent successful management of Symphony Towers which like our Aventine property, includes a major hotel component, made the decision easy. We’re excited to have her aboard.”
Gorzeman and Vega both assumed their new duties effective May 8, 2008.
