Glenborough’s 33 New Montgomery Inks Expanded Long-Term Lease with Selman Breitman, LLP

San Mateo, CA, June 24, 2008: Glenborough, LLC, a San Mateo, CA real estate investment and management company specializing in office properties, is pleased to announce a new long-term lease agreement at its 33 New Montgomery property in San Francisco, CA.

Selman Breitman, a regional law firm with more than 100 lawyers in five offices throughout California and Nevada, recently expanded its footprint at 33 New Montgomery nearly 25%. They now occupy the entire 6th floor of the building with additional 8th floor space for a total of 20,146 square feet.  The tenant was represented by John Schneider, Executive Vice President, CresaPartners.
