Glenborough Announces Appointment of Sandra Boyle to National Office Development I Forum

San Mateo, CA, March 26, 2008: Glenborough, LLC, a San Mateo, CA real estate investment and management company specializing in office properties, is pleased to announce that Sandra Boyle, Executive Vice President, Project Management and Development has been appointed to the Office Development I Forum of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) National Forums. The NAIOP is the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers in industrial, office and related commercial real estate.

Ms. Boyle has been with Glenborough or its affiliated entities since 1984. She is currently responsible for Project Management and Development, which includes major renovation, rehabilitation and repositioning of designated properties in the Company's portfolio. Ms. Boyle is currently working on the completion of Foundry Square I, a 10 story, 336,000 square foot, Class A office building located in San Francisco’s Financial District. In addition, she is working on the development of Lima Ridge Professional Center in Centennial, CO, which includes eight single-story office buildings. She has been responsible for the development of a number of Class A office buildings located at the Tri-City Corporate Centre in San Bernardino, CA, most recently North River Place and Three Parkside, totaling 103,000 square feet.
